Lead UMass

“Without consciousness of self … a leader is likely to continue using the same knowledge, skills and lack of awareness that may have been part of the problem to begin with.”  (Leadership for a Better World.  2009). This workshop is a mini leadership journey where you will explore your current leadership identity and how to progress to create the impact you want to see in the world. 

Lead UMass programs are open to ALL students regardless of past leadership skills or training and participation is FREE! All students who wish to participate in the Lead UMass certificate program should e-mail lead@umass.edu for more information or attend this workshop.
